Heavy Materials and Overfilling:
Loads with concrete, rock or dirt should not be filled more than ¼ full. Over filled containers are dangerous and should never be filled higher than the side of the container. Any container exceeding weight limits or that have debris loss from overfilling will have any fines charged to your account.
We will not be responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, lawns or utilities not visible. All efforts will be applied to avoid damage but concrete thickness can vary greatly and may crack.
County Landfills charge based on how many tons of debris being dumped. A copy of the gate ticket will be provided to confirm the exact amount you are being charged.
Items not allowed in containers:
Tires, batteries, paint, solvents, chemicals, appliances, and yard waste are not allowed to be dumped. Please contact your county landfill if there is a question on an item being placed in the container. Yard waste is not allowed from April 1 through November 30th unless that is all that will be placed in the container. Any fees charged by the landfill for items not allowed will be passed on to the customer. Below are links for local landfill information.
